Have you been trying to lose the baby weight, but can’t seem to find the time to workout?
I totally get it because I’ve been there myself.

Losing weight as a mom can be such a daunting topic to discuss, but it certainly doesn’t have to be.
As moms, we tend to have so much pressure on us to get things done, and the thought of having to lose baby weight on top of that is not exactly motivating.
I have always heard it was hard to lose baby weight but especially after having your second child, which ended up being the case for me.
After I had my son (the first child), I loss most of my baby weight but still wasn’t back down to my pre-pregnancy weight.

Once I had my daughter, it seemed as though I would never get back to my pre-pregnancy weight.
Those stories I had always heard about not losing weight after your second child were coming true.
I tried not to allow the frustration of my weight get to me because I knew the doctor said “give your body six months to bounce back after having baby,” but even after six months, I still wasn’t satisfied with my weight.
Now I have never been over weight or anything, I just didn’t feel comfortable at my weight after my daughter.
I always felt sluggish and heavy, although I was still taking my prenatal vitamins.
I since switched to a better quality multi vitamin.
So what exactly did I do to lose my baby weight naturally? Well it actually happened accidentally.
Let me explain!
Her skin would breakout with patches of dry irritated areas and she would scratch at them obsessively, which caused her to start bleeding.
This led me to the conclusion that I was the cause for my daughters dry irritated skin. I was what they call a serious “cheese head.”
I ate cheese on top of cheese if you know what I mean, but I knew I had to make a change for the sake of my baby girl’s skin.
How I Lost the Baby Weight in 8 Weeks
In order to help my daughter’s skin, I made the decision to cut dairy completely out of my diet until I was done breastfeeding, which ended up being for six months.
This was definitely one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to do, but it was so rewarding!
Her skin cleared up tremendously and I lost my baby weight pretty fast!
I ended up losing 15 pounds which put me back down to my pre-pregnancy weight before my son!
This all happened within just 8 short weeks!
I had not been at that weight for three years, so this was a true victory for me!
Just by making that small decision to be selfless, in return, I lost my baby weight naturally without even trying to do so.
I believe this was God’s way in blessing me for being a blessing to my daughter by making that small, but crucial decision.
So, if you want to lose your baby weight fast, I would recommend you gradually cut back on dairy and foods high in carbs.
You can do this mama! You just gave birth to a human! A change in diet is no big deal.
What we eat before we get pregnant, during pregnancy, and after pregnancy, plays a huge role in how our overall health will be.
